• Customs clearance and documentation assistance.

• Warehousing and inventory management.

• Last-mile delivery solutions.

2.2 Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate shipment details (weight, dimensions, contents).

• Ensure compliance with export/import laws of relevant countries.

• Pay all applicable fees and taxes promptly.

3. Pricing and Payments

• Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

• Payment terms: 50% deposit upfront, balance before shipment release (unless credit terms apply).

• Additional charges may apply for:

  • Customs delays caused by incorrect documentation.

  • Storage fees for unclaimed shipments (>7 days).

4. Liability and Limitations

4.1 General Liability

• Yuda Lingtong is not liable for:

  • Delays due to weather, customs, or force majeure events.

  • Loss/damage from improper packaging by the client.

• Maximum liability for lost/damaged goods: USD 20/kg (or as per CMR/Warsaw Convention, if applicable).

4.2 Insurance

• Clients may purchase all-risk insurance (recommended for high-value shipments).

• Claims must be filed within 30 days of delivery.

5. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited:

• Hazardous materials (flammable, explosive, toxic).

• Counterfeit goods or illegal substances.

• Live animals without prior approval.

6. Data Privacy

• We collect data (contact details, shipment info) to provide Services.

• Data may be shared with:

  • Customs authorities and carriers.

  • Third-party vendors (for operational purposes only).

7. Intellectual Property

• All website content (logos, text, software) is owned by Yuda Lingtong.

• Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or arbitration in Foshan, China.
